Watch a match day sort itself out.
Illustrative exampleRuth, Chris, Leo, Riverside Juniors FC and Oakfield Colts are made up.
Step 1 of 6
Coach posts the match
Ruth posts Sunday's away match at Oakfield Colts: meet 9:30am at the clubhouse at Oakfield Rec, kick-off 10am, what to bring and when answers close.
Step 2 of 6
Going or not going
Chris taps Going for Leo, straight from the notification. Ruth sees the answers counted, and nudges only the families who have not answered.
Step 3 of 6
Lifts and the oranges
Raj offers seats from Elm Road and Leo takes one. Chris takes the oranges in one tap. Ruth sees who has a seat, not whose car.
Step 4 of 6
The match moves
The pitch is closed, so Ruth moves kick-off to 11am. Every family is told once and calendars move. Anyone driving or bringing something is asked again, because Paryta does not assume.
Step 5 of 6
Weather under the match
Chris says the new time is still OK. Under the match is the forecast for Oakfield Rec: showers, 9°C at 11am.
Step 6 of 6
The team knows who is coming
When answers close on Friday at 6pm, Ruth knows who is coming: 10 going and every duty taken. Messages go to parents only, not to children.
The match card, Going or Not going and paying the club are free for parents in Paryta Light. Asking a grandparent or another helper to do the lift is part of Paryta Everyday.
Is Paryta a grassroots football club app for parents?
Yes. Each session has one card with the meet time, kick-off, kit and directions, and families answer going or not going for each child. It works the same for rugby, swimming, dance and music.
Can parents pay subs in the app?
Yes. Subs and event fees are paid by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your club is the seller on Stripe, so the money goes to your club's own account.
Does the coach message children?
No. Messages go to parents only, and your welfare officer is shown on every session.
