How it works

Three steps. Then it runs quietly in the background.

Paryta is a family organiser app for UK families: one place for the family calendar, school and club dates, pickups, helpers such as grandparents, and life admin, coming soon to iPhone, Android and the web. Tell Paryta what is coming up in the way you would tell a friend. It sorts the dates, works out who is doing what, and nudges the right person at the right moment.

Step 1: Drop it in

Add it the way you would say it.

No forms and no fiddly date pickers. Type a line, forward an email or share from WhatsApp, and Paryta reads it for you.

  • Type one line“Appointment for Sam next Tuesday at 4” is enough.
  • Forward an emailSchool letters and booking confirmations go to your own Paryta address.
  • Share from WhatsAppShare a message from a group chat straight into Paryta.

Step 2: Paryta sorts it

Dates, owners and reminders, done for you.

Paryta works out when things happen, who is on it and what still needs doing. It spots clashes and gaps before they become a scramble.

  • Clashes spotted earlyFlights, pickups and parties are checked against each other.
  • Things that need doing, flaggedA party without a present, a trip without a lift.
  • Renewals rememberedLast year's price kept, so you can compare in time.

Step 3: The right person is nudged

Share the load, without the chasing.

Whoever owns a job gets the reminder. Plans change, so swapping takes one tap, and grandparents can help straight from a link.

  • Everyone knows their partEach job has one owner, so nothing falls between two people.
  • One tap swapsAsk your partner or co-parent to take something over.
  • Helpers without the appA simple yes or no on a link, for grandparents and friends.

How it works for grandparents and helpers

A helper's page opened from a link: Jo Hale is asking, Can you collect Mia? With the day, time and place, and two large buttons: Yes, I can, and Not this time.

One calm summary instead of a stream of pings.

A short note each morning with what is happening, what needs a decision and what is already covered. After that, only real changes get through. Quiet hours are on by default.

Questions

The things people ask first

Anything else? Email [email protected].

Do grandparents need to download the app?

No. They get a text with a link, in your name, or a WhatsApp message from your phone if they prefer. They tap the link and answer yes or no. If they would like to see what they have agreed to, the same link shows them.

Can Paryta read our WhatsApp groups?

No, and that is deliberate. You share the messages that matter into Paryta, so nothing is read without you choosing it.

Will my ex see my private things?

Never. Each adult has their own private space. Only the children's plans you choose to share are seen in the other home. How Paryta works for two homes.
